Am I dreaming?! This is unbelievable news. Hopefully we get this all signed and sealed ASAP. Hopefully the deal gets done quickly as we don't want this to affect the players and staff too much. If Evans wipes our debt we will be very grateful. It's been horrific under Evans. Hearing news like this gives you hope, belief, and a real sense of pride again and makes us proud to be an Ipswich Town fan. I certainly won't be waving any notes if we get taken over. Hopefully in a couple of years time we can start singing “Norwich City we're coming for you” We have to be ruthless in the next couple of years. I want us to see success, and I really believe Paul Cook would be a great manager at our club. Better days are coming, hopefully! |

Makes me wonder if Lambert is trying to big up a lot of our performances to keep his job and for Evans to stick with him. Let's be honest unless a miracle happens and we do get promoted, this will be the last big club Lambert manages for a while! His CV in the last few years isn't great! |

Really flat boring 90 minutes. Peterborough weren't amazing, but they still beat us! Defensively we were really poor. I thought Chambers was one of the worse players on the pitch today. Almost every pass he made went a drift. Nothing up front until the last 10 minutes. There's not enough quality or real clinical finishing in our side. We don't score enough goals! To be there or there abouts you've got to be capable of scoring at least 70 goals plus! I can see our side doing that in a million years. 5 home defeats out of 6 Marcus Evans and you seem to be accepting this?! Where's these green shoots that you see? |

Good work Blue Action! Evans has to act now otherwise if we continue this slump under Lambert it'll be too late to change our season. We must get promoted this season! The future of this once great club depends on it. If Evans gets it wrong, it will lead to protests! |

I can't believe I am hearing this?! How can his job be secure?! If we wait any longer we will lose out on the pool of managers that are available. This comment from O'Neil just about sums up the where we are as a club. An absolute joke! This Club needs ripping out top to bottom! |
