You were right to run a HPI check. Loads of dishonest sellers.out there. Definitely walk away if the car has outstanding finance. They may well not pay it off. Legally the car still belongs to the finance company, they can repossess it and you'll lose your motor and your money.

Go to a reputable dealer. You'll pay a bit more than buying privately but you'll have peace of mind you're not buying a dodgy car. BMW do an Approved Used Car scheme where only a mint car will get through the checks.

Last year when I was looking for a new car, I was seriously considering an Alfa Romeo Giuglia Quadrifoglio. They have an insane 510bhp engine in them, derived from a ferrari engine. But in the end, I went with a BMW M4 because I did some research and it seems even today Alfas have reliability issues. Shame, cos I was behind one recently and the burble from those quad exhausts sounded fantastic.

It's OK. In 2063, Zefram Cochrane is going to invent the warp drive. He will pilot the first ship The Phoenix on a short journey from Earth on 5th April, 2063. Vulcans will then spot the warp signature created and come visit us.

And as we don't currently have the technology to travel at anything approaching the speed of light, in reality would likely take hundreds of thousands of years to get there. Next adventure for Katy Perry maybe?

I think i read somewhere that male fertility is decreasing too. Particularly among western populations. Not sure what is causing that. Lifestyle, higher levels of obesity, increased pollutants, etc probably?
