Edwards performance today was embarrassing and not worthy of a new contract. 86 minutes and the ball goes out for a throw in the Wigan third and all the players are walking....absolutely no urgency, passion or will to get the ball on to the field of play and try and score a goal to get 3 points. A week on the training brings nothing other than the fact we now know the players can't train two days on the trot😳😳 honestly I'm thinking these players want out and want a new club so let them go and PC create a team that will fight for the club, supporters and at least themselves..... |

This really falls on the players shoulders, most can't produce a decent ball in the final third. Need to be realistic here and have a clear out in the summer which will bring fresh talent into the club and try to get rid of this negativity and lack of commitment to get this club back to where it belongs. Give cook time to put his stamp on things.... |

Such early days and lots to look forward to with PC at the helm. For me Bennett's looks dangerous but his passing and final ball is the worst I've ever seen. Nsiala is a very good defender if the ball isn't played to his feet. I do believe the team will come good once cook has a little time to get the best out of them and if not this season then after a summer clear out. Let's give cook time he deserves. |
