|Why are GKs one of the 'cheapest' positions to buy?|
at 17:27 4 Jan 2018
Over the years goalkeeper's transfer fees have always traditionally been lower than their outfield counterparts.
But in terms of the amount of points Bart (for example) has saved us the past few seasons - he must be up there with any striker who can often command astronomical fees.
I get why Bart in particular might be £4m - lack of premier experience, not young etc. But why are good keepers in general cheaper? When surely they are one of the most important positions on the pitch! Any ideas?
