They draw the line but cannot be certain at point of ball release, it's at risk of a load of human error and judgement .
He was in line for me in real time and I don't see VAR can decide otherwise with absolute certainty |

I know, it's been "coming soon" for decades.... However, they aren't moving anymore, the new stadium is (and probably always was..) a pipedream by RM to get housing built. They will re-develop Roots Hall apparently...
I like Southend Utd, if they win on Saturday and 2 other results go their way, they make the POs which would be incredible given the 10-pt deduction. |

I thought it was weird too, they didn't have any forward ideas but did hit us on the break and Vas pulled off a couple of great saves.. Expected then to really match forwards and leave space at the back

Yes he has built a group and done well but.... and its the crucial but, but he should have won in Euros v Italy but faltered and played it safe when the right thing to do was to go on and get the 2nd goal, and the 3rd using his young, fast and skillful attack force vs an aged Italian defence who could only wish for the pace of someone like Saka.
For me, this is his failing, he does not seize the moment to go on and win in style which is what we should do given the wealth of talent at his disposal. |

we lived in Blakenham when it was proposed, thought the ski slope idea was weird but the train station, area uplift and local jobs would have been brilliant for the area. We found we were in the minority and to say the locals were revolting would be an understatement given the opposition to it!
Now there's a mega-landfill and no train station. |

agree with this, its not often Town are unable to keep up all game. My son said "they won't be able to press all game.." but they did with exceptional energy & vigour. They will be totally spent today after giving it all and still not getting a result. I'd be surprised if they play anywhere close to that for the rest of the season.
It did swing on Vas' misguided plan to come for that ball for their second and the non-penalty from Stroud (not willing to call him a referee) but we saw it out with a superb final goal.
Not at our best (2nd half arguably our worst) but still got the required 3 points. |

MacAntony on the Hard Truth pod was saying he would only sell IF he was loaned back... We all know how hard a deal he drives so I guess Cov really want him... next year.
However, Posh are in freefall at the moment, their last 5 is DLLLL - hardly promotion form! |

Need integrated public transport.
Suffolk One by bus from here (Stutton) for a 9ish start means catching a 7.28 to town and then another bus with an hour to wait at college. Return not much better.
Buses they run for students are fixed AM and PM each way only so given most students do 1/2 days 3x a week are next to useless.
I'm not surprised they park in the vicinity. |
