If you can take the hit of a paycut to do something different at a lower level, then go for it.
I'm mid 40s and whilst i don't mind my current role, after 4 years I'm hardly enthused about it...so I'm currently seeing where demand outstrips supply and there are in-job learning opportunities |

Ya…you’d like to think all the analysis Kieran and his team do, that they’ll have targets identified who already do what is asked of Hirst, or show signs of being able to add it to their game.

That’s the optimism we strive for.
I think we’ve enough to get past QPR, but so much focus was on Leeds, that the Saints Steamroller is suddenly looming large in the rear view mirror. Fair play to them for not dumping Russell Martin when things weren’t quite clicking.
I am hopeful Plymouth find a way to win on the road tonight. |
