So, how do we think the cricket will go today?

Flat wicket, sun shining, would take a lot to lose 10 wickets on a day like this.....but this is England! I have a horrible feeling a typical collapse may be on the cards.
Another Damning Comment on the Evans Era.......

From the EADT interview with MA: “But we have no recruitment department. We have no objective or subjective recruitment department." It just makes me wince, and sad to see what that man got away with. As my old dad used to like saying, next time I meet that man I'd like to shake him warmly by the throat!

Well, I watched that online, and without thinking

I genuinely clapped at the end: on my own, in front of my compooter! This may end up in tears, but my God I'm excited at the moment. Made me realise I'd forgotten how to be excited by and in love with my team. Stirred something I haven't felt since the Burley days (I admit I had butterflies when Evans took over and we appointed Keane - oh blimey, I've just come down again). Since the Burley days I've not felt this, I don't know, tingly, child like, "this is my team" type joy. It's going to be okay, isn't it?
What stupid, inane things have you done recently?

I woke up in the middle of the night last night, couldn’t get back off, so decided the time was ripe to decorate the conservatory. So there I was, at 5am, roller in hand (not a euphemism). Now I’m tired, can’t focus and am writing stupid posts on TWTD. So that’s actually two stupid things I’ve done today. So tired.
