I wonder if we'd be one of the clubs in for this keeper
at 22:42 3 Jul 2023

Arsenal in talks for second loan deal as dilemma emerges over £1.7m summer transfer.

Latest Arsenal transfer news includes an update on Arthur Okonkwo who enjoyed two loan spells with Crewe and Sturm Graz last season but could be on the move this summer.

One year left on contract, highly rated young keeper, fits the profile of players we're looking to invest in!!

players I've rated this season
at 13:19 9 Apr 2021

as possible, realistic but quality targets for next season
left back- Thompson (Swindon) on loan from Brentford
left centre half - Johnston (wigan)
left midfield/attack- Kirk (Crewe)
Striker/no 10 - Dion Charles (Accrington)
Holding mid- Evans (Wigan)
and I've always liked Christian Walton as a keeper (Brighton) played under Cook at Wigan
Clarke-Harris (Peterborough) although that's a tad ambitious

My thoughts on Lambert's appointment
at 10:38 27 Oct 2018

are, unsure when the news first broke, but the more I thought about it, the more I think that this appointment could unite the fans, players & staff to have a real chance to avoid relegation. He has experience, he is only 5 years older than Hurst, has a certain humility about himself (unlike Mccarthy), and has all the right credentials to be a top manager again, this could be the right fit for him here.I remember a certain Mr Brian Clough taking over at Nottingham Forest in the mid 70's, this was after a couple of mediocre stints as manager elsewhere. There was an outcry at the time after what he had achieved at their most hated rivals Derby County. Things didn't turn out too badly there! Just imagine if he turned things around here & got us challenging for promotion over the next couple of years and make our club great again!
