With our number 1 target undoubtedly Philogene who else is out there that may be of interest? I’m struggling with this one.
Clarke confirmed but seems pricey and i’m slightly dubious he can cut it.

Any other names in the hat? Wouldn’t surprise me if we go abroad here for an unknown. Also not entirely unlikely we go with Szmodics there and push Delap on the right with Broja down the middle.

According to Watson he implies club are considering move now for Cajuste.. “ It's understood the Blues are now assessing whether to continue with advanced talks to sign Swedish international midfielder Jens Cajuste on loan from Napoli.”

Thought we needed two in there but maybe they planned to use just one loan in CM or it was one or the other.

Odobert & James next

These seem our likely targets currently, with Sheaf and Clarke as alternatives. Expect some movement soon. Whilst we are more familiar with Clarke,Odobert has proven himself in the premiership and was a standout last season. So for this reason would put him ahead of Clarke.
After missing out on Downes we seem to have turned our attention to James. A real diamond in the rough. This one could be a gamble worth taking but I’d expect 2 CM players to come in as I don’t think McKenna sees Taylor in the deeper role. He said we wanted 2 players for each position. Morsy/Luongo … then who.. we seem very light here. We have an aging Midfield so I expect that to be addressed with two additions. Will be an interesting few weeks.
