If he goes it shows its just the same old spiel from Evans. OK Webster was injury prone - but no side with ambition would let Waghorn go after his efforts last season. |
 | News Comment | Webster's Bristol City Switch Confirmed at 15:13:58
A very short sighted sale. As Phil wrote only yesterday with a few run of games his value would rocket - Somebody needs to advise Evans that 8 million is chicken feed these days and the initial 3.5 million would not even cover a small water biscuit. |

I once smiled when Arsenal lost a friendly. That should grant mean interview. |

Imagine Butcher on derby day! George Burley is a chapter in our history worth re-reading. Exciting passing football, faith in youth, loves club, can work on a shoe string. Ticks all the boxes. Doesn't matter if he hasn't managed in a while at all. |

Knows how to play football 'triangles' on the deck. Gets youth through. Loves the Town. Get him in! |
 | News Comment | Parr: Town Didn't Want Me to Leave at 11:51:21
Parr and Mings playing together (all be it far to briefly) gave us our best spell in the league since 2004 in the first half of last season. 2nd in the league. Micks refusal to revert back to that winning team saw our form collapse in the 2nd half of the season. For me if we had played the attacking brand of full-back play all season we would have achieved automatic promotion. A major opportunity was missed. |
 | News Comment | Norwegian Club Targeting Parr at 21:36:03
Not so much now, but last season when our form collapsed, and it was so obvious Smith should have been dropped for Parr, and Chambers moving to partner Berra. Parr was treated terribly a really good LB or RB who deserved his chance given past performances. We played our best team when Mings was bombing forward on one wing and Parr on the other last season. Quite frankly it got embarrassing that he did not start during the second half of the season. I can only wish him well for the future. Mick does a bloody good job at ITFC but sometimes his policy of playing players into form takes A) a long tie to come off and B) is very risky. We nearly contrived to finish outside of the play off places last season as a result, considering how many points we were above 7th place at one stage. |
