If anyone's got 5 minutes look up Norwich City's seasons starting 2008/09 when they were relegated from the Championship. The 2009/10 season they won League 1 under PLs management! Average home crowd was still nearly 25 K. The 2010/11 season they kept up that momentum and won promotion to the Premier league. If we are to go down which even me as the worlds most optimistic Ipswich Town fan seems likely, could we match what Norwich done? They took it as a clean start and still had healthy home gates and got behind there team! I feel the state we are as a team and let's face it a Marcus Evans business venture gone wrong don't have the passion from our owner for us to bounce back and use it as a spring board for a possible long awaited premier league return. I don't mean this nastily as I'm a avid fan but I can see us as fans still turning up to watch league 1 football and getting anywhere near average crowds of 25K like the scum did as we've all had enough.......Very dark times |

Am I watching a different game to anyone else?? PL keeps saying we are playing well but I can't honestly see it? Maybe I'm expecting too much!? I know we are never going to play like Liverpool but in my eyes we actually do nothing. It's so frustrating, it's boring and I have lost all belief!! When we do cross the ball into the box there's knowone there to attack it! When we get a corner we can't get it past the 1st defender or like Flynn's corner in the 1st half keep the ball on the pitch.....I hate to say it as I'm an avid supporter and generally up till tonight thought we can get out of this mess but I think it's beyond us too stay up......Sad sad times |

What has happened to this once great club?? I'm a avid fan and have been for 30 years but I have today officially given up on the club I love......It's not enjoyable anymore! I used to be buzzing to go and watch a game all hyped up as much as the players to pick up those 3 vital points. I hate to say it but it's gone. McCarthy, Milne and Evans have zapped all that was good out of this club. I rushed home from a family holiday to watch the Derby Country game with my 5 year old son and should not of bothered. It's embarrassing the place is like a library there no atmosphere what so ever! The football is Dull, you look around you and knowone is happy. Could someone explain why you would field a weakened team for a home FA cup game against Sheffield Utd? Yes we have injuries but that game was a final lifeline to inject something in to our rapidly fading season, a chance to go on a cup run or possibly get a next round away game at Spurs or West Ham, something that may give us fans some deserved pleasure, but oh no lets approach the game with no desire let's not even have a shot at goal and desevatbly lose!! Well done Mick thanks for another wasted season another season over just after Christmas....... It's boring it's souel destroying and I hate to say it but I'm walking away from this mess until at least McCarthys gone and possibly Evans has gone and hopefully someone has bought the club with some desire to take it forward rather than backwards as Evans has done over the last 10 years, well done thanks for destroying us |

Wow what a win!! I was there but in the Millwall end as a friend Is a Millwall fan and got me a ticket . It was so hard not to celebrate when we scored 3 goals the end I was sitting at. I retained myself otherwise I think I'd of been linched!! It's clear to see they don't think much to Waghorn..... was so good when he give them the ssshhh signal when celebrating his first. I don't think they thought to much to Bart wasting some time at the end he even had something thrown at him!! So funny sitting there being quite glad I got out there alive 😂 |

Lowest attendance since 1999...This sums it up. This is the only way we will get through to ME that is as Town fans won't be mugged off. It pains me to do it but keep away get the attendances under 10,000 and he may wake up and make a change or at least start spending some money. I used to love going to midweek games under the lights and be part of a 22-23,000 + crowd......Sad times |

This really winds me up.......Am I right in saying that our owner in his own words was over the defeat to a team 3 leagues below us in under 24 hours. That about sums it up how passionate he is towards this club. I don't think I will ever get over the defeat as I care. I was embarrassed on how bad we where and that performance will live in my memory forever for all the wrong reasons !!! He does not care and is mugging all the fans off!!! |
