Can’t overly remember the game except last minute winner, probably a bit of minor fisticuffs where the fans were divided. Taricco was just sitting behind/near me also, in his club suit if I remember. Pretty sure I paid on the day at turnstile and there was people in the aisles and all sorts, probably too many for the capacity of stand.

Nearly made the mistake of wearing the orange away top in cologne today then realised Belgium were in town.

Been in cologne, been in Düsseldorf fan zones , the amount of loving I’ve received from wearing a town top is mental!

Here's why McKenna might be thinking seriously about leaving

It’s called the premier league, it’s not rugby. MA was CEO of Watford when they were promoted in 2006. Thanks for your research. Getting 96 points is not gaining from another team ‘bottling it’

Both were there. Was really happy to see Aluko on the live stream and enjoying it fully. Always seems in background and understated in previous pitch celebrations.

I’d imagine Jackson coming from Bradford may have a bearing on this??

A few WBA points…
at 15:45 26 Nov 2023

Certainly not one for posting on here but after reading some of the nonsense on here since game, I thought I’d share my experience from sitting in the Birmingham Rd home end due to being unable to get a ticket in away. Thanks to my nephew at uni in Birmingham with a local postcode.
Firstly always found WBA to be the most hospitable of the West Midlands teams and surprised that their small fanzone allowed away fans in to mingle with home with zero dramas.
From my eavesdropping of the locals during the game, they played and managed the game very well, possibly best performance of season coupled with us being below par. First half, I guess I had a better view of us attacking and we were getting in decent positions, just final balls, control, hold up play, decision making let us down. Burns had a decent chance but struck high and wide. Again ear wigging, fans around me fairly complimentary with stuff like well coached, better decisions and they could open us up, I don’t think the fans ever felt that comfortable when we had spells with ball knowing we’ve made comebacks before. Second half we certainly did not perform unfortunately. There was no, these lot are pants, how are they second, they viewed it as a very good win over a good team. They put in a professional performance to which we had little answers though both goals soft and avoidable. Watching games on tv never tells the full picture. Not concerned at all, WBA are a decent home outfit and will be interested to see how they get in with Leicester there next Saturday. A lesson on how to manage a game from them. Every confidence we’ll bounce back Wednesday.

As a boarder, don’t try to stick the button or T through your legs, just hold onto the bar or handle and let it drag u up, simple and your cold nuts are still in one piece
