Whatever the result today PC has had his chance and seems incapable of managing a whelk stall.
Still faithfully following the instructions that PL left him. Game is screaming for subs at halftime or earlier but no he waits until the regulation 6o minute point to desperately throw on someone, anyone. No imagination knowledge or a clue. The idea that he will be able to turn this shambles round in the summer is frankly laughable based on his performance since coming here. |

Tks Mogga you have said it all and more. Not so sure about ME owning the debt etc. ITFC apparently owe HIM 100 mill plus and increasing all the time, because he wants back every penny he has spent. ITFC currently pay interest to him of 5.4% pa so thats a cool 540000+ at the moment. You can almost hear him and ITFC saying there is no sentiment in business and therein lies the problem as you have so well laid out. |

That possession states misleading as usual. because PL trains them to carefully walk around in their own half slowly passing backwards and sideways, the moment they cross the halfway line and meet some resistance, they panic and give the ball away.
Some of these players lack basic skills and are not fit for league 1, eg Jackson who time and again could only hit the ball against an opponent.
Still as someone has said the players seemed delighted with this poor performance so we mustn't expect too much.

PL has to go but it will not happen for another four years by which time we could be a non-league club. I think we are heading for L2 anyway this season. Some thoughts: If ME is using the club solely to suit his tax purposes you would think that doesn't meet the "fit and proper person" ownership rule.... Assuming he is genuinely interested in owning a successful club there surely has to be a point where the continued lack of success causes him to either do something about it or get out. The question is how long will it be before he decides one way or the other? |

This is the most blatant attempt so far by PL to ensure Town did not get any further in the FA Cup. His views are well known. 9 changes! The EFL ought to censure him for not acting in the spirit of the game. Where is the consideration of the fans? I'll bet if they were asked the majority would be in favour of going all out to progress as far as possible as would any true football fan .Thats one of the troubles with Town management, they appear to see Town as just a business. |

Since when have Town supporters been putting other clubs interests before our own? So the next time we win a dodgy penalty at home I shall expect the crowd to flood onto the pitch to demand the ref rescinds it because it is not fair on the other side. Never going to happen. Lets get into the playoffs and go for it. |
