Never sure on this one .
Child from a council scheme with a wonderful mother who pushed me.
Grafted at school.
Went to Glasgow university,been a doc for 34 years.
Never been so depressed dealing with the entitled children of today.
Third generation never worked and demand everything.
Aggressive to my staff on a daily basis.
Rude, demanding,patronising.
One simple example today
Child age 7, chronic constipation,mother demanding referral for investigation
Child will only eat MacDonalds, never seen a feckin veg/fruit in it's life.
Consultation finished with "feck off"when dietary changes advised as a more appropriate strategy
Child has also recently had what is termed as a "dental clearance"
I'll let you work out that one

I've done addiction work for 25 years and it's easily the most fulfilling thing I've done.
To get someone off drugs and then I only see them again with a sore throat 5 years later,or in with their kid is absolutely fanbleedintastic ðŸ˜
And I say that as an ex-consultant gastroenterologist who became a tad dissilusioned and went to general practice-jings-see above😠[Post edited 27 May 2021 22:02]
