Has such a monumental change in personnel ever resulted in instant success? And by that, i mean not just players but a club from top to bottom. Owners, chairman, ceo, players, academy staff, coaches?? All in 6 months. I for one could see this kind of situation coming. It will take time. I think the players coming in have been told promotion is the target and it's the chalice around our neck. Cook, or no Cook, it's a tough one for anyone. Improvement needed but not sure it's going to be very soon. STF.

Am i the only one not really assed he has gone?? (Sorry, i haven't read all threads/comments). His 1st touch, 9 times out of 10 would end up 3 or 4 feet away from him and just didn't look anymore than a non-league player. If we got £450k for him then someone check Kenny Jackets pulse. |

He did in the end but took a fair few games to get a win. I cannot see anyone getting a reaction out of the current crop. The endeavour is there but we lack quality and experience. |
