If we are in the Premier next season and looking to consolidate our status, or in the Championship looking to push for promotion, I don't believe either Edwards or Hutchinson are good enough and neither is Jackson. We would definitely need better cover for that wide right berth. |

Surely we need Baggott (6'4") for his height on Saturday. Thompson (6'0") would leave us short when there centre backs come forward at set pieces.
I really hope he plays, it would send out a big signal to the other kids that they will get a chance if a vacancy arises. Changing the system or playing someone out of position rather than giving youth a chance would be a massive snub. |

He will be a good signing for League 2. I think he's better than people give him credit for. His height makes some difficult saves look easy, on the other hand he is slow getting down to those shots around his feet.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't play for 3 different teams in a season, even if 2 of them are the same team, because you played for someone else in the middle. Isn't this what happened to McGavin last season. He played for us, then went to Scotland and then came back but wasn't eligible to play. |

Wilder has a really good looking CV but will have to learn fast at a level he hasn't managed at before. Looking at the striker options, it looks a lot worse than us, Sharpe, although having a good scoring record in league one, he has never proven prolific at championship level and he's now 31. Lavery could only score 4 in 27 in league one and their big hope, David Brooks, hasn't kicked a ball in league football and he's 20. One of my favourites for the drop. |

We need a new keeper badly, Loach isn't good enough for championship football and neither is Lee-Barrett. Loach's poor form was highlighted against Cardiff but anyone who has seen him every game this season will tell you the same thing, he isn't good enough to be a number 1 keeper for a team that wants to challenge for the play-offs. |

He would only get to choose between newcastle & Ipswich if both clubs bidded the same. If ITFC put in a larger bid and his club accepted it he wouldn't have the choice of NUFC
But, after watching the video i don't want him. The Romanian league is similar to Scotland, 2 or 3 good teams & the rest are dross. IMO he needs a better scoring record than that to be able to be succesful in english football. |

I've seen Yao play once and although he is quite skillful on the ball he appears like he has no idea how to play football, his positioning, movement off the ball and reading of the game is what you'd expect from a 12 year old thats never had proper training. I'd give him another year, but put him back to train with the schoolboys and hope it isn't too late for him to learn. |
