Many of these players have not stood up to the challenge though. It would be better to let sentiment not play a part. Some younger players in other teams have regularly put in stand out performances against us whilst ours just seem to take being upstaged as the norm. It's been a feature this season so it's best to accept this and let them move on. It will be a reset for both them and the club. |

The main point in all this is that we have all been saying that League 1 this year has been very poor, overall. This squad has shown that they were not even good enough to succeed in a poor division. Not one of them has been a stand out player so why do you think they will suddenly improve overnight? |

The facts that Chambers, Skuse and Bishop have all been good players for Town is undeniable. The other 47 squad players is another kettle of fish entirely. I don't think any of them, other than maybe Downes, are worth anything. |

This made me laugh out loud. So funny but also very true as how owners of these supposed "big clubs" see their supporters who only pay the minimum to support the club they have loved for 40-60 years.
