I do wonder how much the referees are getting paid? I have to suppose that Division 3 isn`t held in any regard by anyone. I know it wasn`t when we were flying high back in the day, i certainly didn`t care. I do now though! I suppose all teams in this division are up against inept referees? I am saddened by the news of Warners` passing. My condolences are sent to Warners` partner and family at this time of great loss.
As a disabled supporter myself, i had many dealings with Warner over the years.
He was a truly nice man. He had that lovely warmth of the Scots and, was of great help too me and others. He was one of those whom after meeting, people would say what a nice man. He was the best and a great man. Of that there is no doubt.
Rest in peace my friend. |
