Bit sad this transfer. More because of Brentford being light years ahead of us. Even After landslide down the table and losing in the playoff semi ourselves our business the following year wasn't as good as this |

I imagine Mellon is desperate. A fully fit Norwood would do well north of the border. However, I don't see how any club particularly one in Scotland would be able to afford what I imagine we would put on his head loan or otherwise but you never know. |

I'm an emotional eater there I said it. So it depends on the mood. I just feel you can get fairly decent supermarket pizzas that take 22 minutes to cook, 10 of which is just heating the oven so it's not a long process and it is a fraction of the cost.
If pushed, it's Indian all day long. Love Indian food |

How about buying a ticket? Or an I Follow subscription service? The game could have been see as a good way of trying to get people in that maybe aren't impressed with the new signings or who have just fallen out of love with football in general?
A free game IMO is more likely to entice those people back to watch you in turn may get them more interested for the season. [Post edited 20 Aug 2020 12:10]

I do feel like a feel-good PR moment was lost.
It's a 2 pm kick-off on a Tuesday afternoon. Most are back to work. You could have simply lost the commentary, provided one camera angle, and given it for free on social media and website, etc.. However, there are of course costs involved so you can see some 'logic' behind the fee.
Sometimes you gotta have what supermarkets call loss leaders this was probably one of those moments. |

When money was tight we got through with Supple and Price as 1/2 and we didn't get relegated..shocker!
There is absolutely no need for a senior backup keeper in a salary cap world. Similar to building a fantasy football team, you put the most amount of resources into a position that can win you games and what's left if anything into the backup keeper. [Post edited 13 Aug 2020 10:37]
