1970s band Can are referenced as an influence by various more contemporary artists I listen to.....never got round to listening them though but as the post suggests probably should have
The title track "Blue Lines" into "Be Thankful For What You've Got".
Something about how the former ends and the latter begins makes them seem incomplete on their own.
Also from The Stone Roses - "Elizabeth My Dear" into "Sugar Spun Sister" (plus Waterfall into Don't Stop as the latter is basically a backwards version of the former)
And Tribe Called Quests "Low End Theory" album is pretty much seamless from start to finish
