It's best for the club and dozzell, there's no doubt some of these players are going to leave and have good careers, maybe even look back in regret, but a player like dozzell will only get that from moving clubs, he needs a fresh club, manager and motivation to become that player or he probably will just go through the motions and Ipswich.

I don't think you can compare players like Ryan giggs and Fernandinho to people at Ipswich's level, the reason ibrahimovic and ronaldo are still smashing it at their ages is because of their commitment throughout their careers with fitness and diet every single day

If you haven't got the players to play 4231 then you are a fool to keep playing it and doing it to be stubborn, do what you have to do this season to get some results and then make the big changes in pre season with the players to fit the system
