Difficult for me to comment on the game Saturday as for several reasons I was unable to go but I did watch the Leeds v Norwich game on sky in the evening. How on earth can we think we should be in the same league as these two teams just baffles me. They are both lightyears ahead of us. Watching Jamal Lewis marauding down the left side of the field time after time is something we should be doing. I fear for whoever gets picked to play right back on Sunday. Seeing a strong midfield winning tackle after tackle and surging forward like Norwich did is how football should be played. The only chance we may have is that Krul is a bit dodgy in goal and would have been red carded by some Refs for that challenge in the first half and Patrick Bamford exposed a weakness at centre half when he scored with a header almost unchallenged. I just hope PL makes them watch this game not only to see what if anything we can do Sunday but to enlighten our players that this level is what they should be aiming for. No I am not a Norwich fan by any stretch of the imagination, Leeds put up a really good show as well and would have beaten most teams in the league but this was a thoroughly entertaining game as much as it hurts me to say it. Maybe that's why they still get 25,000 plus through the gate and we struggle to get 16,000. Invest Marcus please, get rid of all that deadwood left over from MM and PH and builds us a team to be proud of. Sorry Skusey if Marcus does invest I don't think you will be here to comment next season. |

When Norwich went down to the third tier a few years ago I asked a friend who is a budgie through and through what went wrong, he stated that they had too many loan players which caused disruption in the camp!! Makes me think do we have the same situation? |

Apart from Chalobah all the signings made by Hurst need to go now along with about half a dozen left over from the Mick era!! Bring back our players loaned out, get several old warhorses in and build a balanced team of experience and youth for next season. |

Come on you "supporters" The confidence levels are rock bottom, we do not have the players to compete with others in this league due to years of non-investment and poor managerial decisions but we do have good youngsters coming through and we do have players who will give their all for this club, OUR CLUB.
OK some of you will disagree with me and mark me down but Chambo is our Captain, shows passion and is a leader. We may well go down and may find next season very difficult but come on everyone get 100% behind the team. Cut out this negativity and do what a certain chef asked her fans to do some years ago in Narwich "BE OUR 12TH MAN!!!!"

I am not a particular fan of Cole's but lets face it, he has been here some time and always puts in a shift. He doesn't seek adulation and is an honest bloke who I am sure will in time go into Management so please don't knock him or anyone else in these troubled times. Also although League 1 looks inevitable at the moment, we must not lose sight of the fact that there is still FIVE MONTHS left of this season, many points to play for and some teams above us will have as a dreadful patch as we have had. Let's get back as many of our loaned out players as possible, move on who we have that aren't up to it and sign a couple of experienced Championship players who aren't getting much game time. Chris Martin, Darryl Murphy and one or two others could well be short term fixes. It could well be a bust January. Come on keep positive, nothing is impossible. |

We are in a total mess, we've let the family silver go and replaced it with scrap metal! It's no go blaming Chambo, Downsey, Jonas or anyone else. We have to face facts that we will be very lucky not to go down this year as we do not have the quality of player, being sent out game after game by our new man in charge, to win matches. Jewellinthetown I listened to what he said on Radio Suffolk earlier and like you had the same thought. Sears, Emmanuel, Ward and other Mick players seem to have been pushed down the pecking order. Bart has had a couple of wobbles early on, so there's an excuse to leave him out and with no Contract offer as yet for Jonas are his and days of the other three numbered? Hope not, but wouldn't be surprised to see Jonas be "Given a rest" soon. |

Jon Walters was a good servant to our club and it annoys me to see him being knocked by our supporters. He didn't get on with Keane which is why he left or so my understanding is that was the reason rather than being sick or homesick. I would welcome this but only as a short term measure. He's just the man to help settle in the lower league players we have signed!! Let's face it he knows about our local Derbies with Norwich and that is a plus, those we have signed recently haven't a clue about what they entail. |
