O'Neill: Clubs Could Struggle to Get Back Up and Running For New Season Fri 10th Jul 2020
It’s hoped League One and League Two will start their 2020/21 seasons in September, however, Town general manager of football operations Lee O’Neill says that as things stand some clubs are going to struggle financially to get back up and running for that proposed return to action. The Blues players have been told to expect to get back to training later this month.

Town's youngsters were dumped out of the Suffolk FA Premier Cup by Leiston after they were defeated 2-1 in their semi-final tie at Felixstowe & Walton United's Goldstar Ground on Wednesday evening. Tom Bullard gave the non-league side a half-time lead and although Thomas Hughes equalised for Town, sub Harrison Bacon sent Leiston through to the final with a stoppage-time winner.
