Q31 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



Town's aim, as outlined in their Customer Charter, is to "respond within a maximum of seven working days".

The figure of 52.2 per cent having received a response in one day is a significant improvement on last year's 22.8. A year prior to that it was 36.7 per cent and in the summer of 2018 46.2 per cent.

Last year 27.1 per cent of respondents said they had not received a response at all - Covid and furloughing perhaps played their part with 12.1 per cent having said the same in 2019 - so 6.7 per cent is a big improvement if still with some work to do.
