Q32 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



Town's previous Customer Charter aimed to "respond within a maximum of seven working days" to emails. The current one on the website doesn't reference the same aim other than in its complaints procedure.

Last year, 56.1 per cent of emails were responded to in one day and 37.5 per cent in two to seven. Similarly 1.8 per cent of responses came after that and 4.6 per cent of emails didn't receive a response at all, so similar results all-round but much better than was the case in the TWTD Questionnaire a few years back when annually around 13 per cent of emails weren't responded to.
