Q27 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



The Customer Charter on the club site states that they will respond to emails and letters within seven days.

This year's 12.8 per cent not receiving any response suggests there's room for improvement, although that's better than the 18.5 per cent in the 2013/14 survey, while slightly up on the 11.7 per cent in this category last year.

More positively, 39.8 per cent receiving a response within one day is impressive, as is a further 42.5 per cent by the seven-day limit.
