Q30 If you have asked the club a question via social media have you received a response?

We ran this question for the first time last year when 36 per cent said they hadn't received a response to a question asked via social media. While it's probably worth saying that the volume of questions the club accounts receive is probably huge and they often probably cover similar ground, 43 per cent still seems a lot.
