Q33 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



Town's aim, as outlined in their Customer Charter, is to "respond within a maximum of seven working days".

The 36.7 per cent responded to within a day is impressive, although down on last year's 46.2 per cent.

This year's 12.1 per cent not receiving a response at all is down on last summer's 13.2 per cent which in turn was down on the previous year's 17.3 per cent. However, still further room for improvement.
