Q36 If you have asked the club a question via social media have you received a response?

Last year 38.3 per cent said that their question via social media hadn't received a response with 52.1 per cent the previous summer.

It's probably worth pointing out that the volume of questions sent to the various accounts is often large and many cover similar areas.
