Fantastic game. Great atmosphere in the lower Sir Bobby. Always felt we'd win even after Wolves got the fortunate equaliser. Mind you a more comfortable margin would be good for the the nerves...

Over all a great performance form the team. Hunt clearly had a job to do and worked his nuts off. Shame Anderson didn't do the same thing when he came on. Mings is so good now I worry we will hang on to him in January. Murphy Man of The Match.

Murphy looked a different player than when he played against Huddersfield and was outstanding. He was my man of the match and that wasn't just because he got the two goals.

Mings was superb and as already mentioned he is one who could be gone in the New Year. Wec will do well to hang on to him.

Hyam bossed midfield despite getting booked early doors . He was so good we didn't miss Skuse. Although some credit must also go to Tabb and Bru who both put a good shift in.

Hunt was on a mission and played one of his best games in a blue shirt.

On a negative point, Chambers showed again that, despite giving his all, he isn't a right back. McGoldrick did a lot of brilliant hold up play and some sublime passing but I do worry about his fitness. Last year he would have picked up that ball and scored himself not laid it off for Murphy. Was that because he has lost his pace?

Match summery was that we looked really good going forward but it was squeaky bum time when we started to sit back and let Wolves play.

That was a super prerformance by the whole team. Stand out was Muphy but also top men included Hunt Bru hyam Mcg. Only downside was Bart. He didn't look too secure and distribution wasn't great, so come back Gerk soon.

Completely different game, performance and atmosphere to the Huddersfield game, which, even when we were 2-0 up against them, I never felt we deserved it or that we'd hold on. Whereas last night we bossed it and I don't think that Wolves even deserved their flukey goal. More of the same Town from here on in. COYB

The best football match I have seen in a long while at Portman Road, a great win on top just makes it so much better.

Great team performance, great atmosphere. The result flattered Wolves, who I felt were quite poor for a side in such great form. We shut them down very quickly with Hunt, Hyam, Tabb and Bru all working their socks off. Solid defence once again, I really think Berra is such a key player for us. I'm not sure about Bart. I really like the fact he comes out more than Gerks, but I did feel he could have seen that cross/shot better. Murphy and McGoldrick were again very good for different reasons.

Great game. Town deserved the win. A good team effort and performance with lots of quality football which was more than a match for Wolves. We could have been 3-0 up at half time with the chances we were creating. Great to see that we can play attacking football and be a goal threat even without a full strength squad. Good to have Tyrone back. Hunt was impressive. Only weak link was our keeper, but there's was worse! Hope we can keep this form going on saturday. A lot of tired legs out there last night and a thin squad. Hopefully Jonny will be back.
