Switch of personal in the second half to Sears up front, Edwards on the left and Judge on the right worked wonders. Totally different half. Good win. Holy looked more comfortable with crosses than I have ever seen - keep it up!

Game of two halves!

Thought Holy was solid and perhaps AC were guilty of trying to hit too many high balls which suited him. Chambers was great, my MoM. Midfield came alive in 2nd thankfully.

We really struggled to keep hold of the ball in the first half however defended really well. Had a few chances on goal however their keeper played well. Our midfield three were anonymous. Sears was the main threat. However second half everyone stepped up a gear and we dominated the half and played some great football. Sears was my man of the match however thought Chambers, Wilson and Holy also had really good games.

We dug that result out by sticking to our game plan. Accrington are a team of giants, especially at the back, but in the end we passed the ball through them and found two excellent finishes. Yes, swallowed them a lot of possession, but we defended resolutely, and Holy only had to make one really good save. Kenlock was excellent, others have noted our record when he plays is very good. Edwards, Toto and Wilson really good, and Chambo also stood out.

Terrible first half, cursing Mick McCarthy, sorry MIck lambert, sorry Paul Lambert for humping up front to three players even shorter than me, but second half some real football. Great to see the flowing football bringing Dozzell Huws and Bishop into the game - if only we had done that first half, but credit to AS who had us sussed to begin with. MOM Chambers - I'm sure some north standers would have overheard my comments about him a few seasons ago but he has been a revelation this one, long may it continue!

Team set up was a bit disjointed without a proper striker. The team held their nerve from very confident opponents who shot on target. The second half Town upped their game and found space in the ACCI's defence. Edwards did it again (get in). Sears followed later with a nice goal. The opponents did not give up and Holy the Goalie carried Town to the end. A good three points against difficult opponents. Good job PL.
