I have never thought KM would go anywhere.
And even if he does, I don't see how supporters can turn on him after what he has achieved.
What I will have a go about, is if this club is not ready for the start of premier league season, because we were dealing with the manager deciding where he wanted to be for weeks on end. |

The only truth any of us know is nothing has been said from the club officially.
The only person at this point who does know what is going on is Kieron himself.
The speculation coming from reporters and journalists is connected to rumours that he would listen to other job offers.
The simple truth is that has to be the case, because even people with alot of extra time on their hands at the end of the football season would not be wasting energy on a story if they knew 100% he wanted to stay at Ipswich.
This in turn would put him very high on bookmakers lists for every feasible job which becomes available.
So we sit and wait to see what happens. I think next 48 hours will see this story come to a complete end one way or another.
My own opinion is still that he will stay where he is, at least for the coming season , and maybe beyond that too. |

Going into these last 2 games, I think it's time to hold my hands up.
Never at any point did I expect us to end up being promoted from this league this season.
....and yet here we are with 4 days to go, still knocking on the door.
So.... whatever happens in the next 2 games , I will not be calling out ANY player's, no matter their performance.
They are all a credit to this football club. And I am proud to call you Ipswich Town players.
To a man .Well done to each and every one of you.

Avoiding defeat at Coventry.
I really don't think Huddersfield will be able to stop us on Saturday getting 3 points. So Tuesday night is the game of our season imo. |

We still need to win 3 games to attain promotion to the Premier league.
If we fail to do that we get another crack at winning another 3 games to get to the Premier league.
If we fail to do that as well , we ain't ready for the Premier league and we need to be staying where we are for another season, improving the squad and having another go at it next season.
I would much prefer this than struggling to win a game all season and getting relegated again. |

I disagree. If we can utilise this fortnight break to get Burns and Hirst back in contention. Then we have 3 games to get promoted. Win lose or draw against Middlesbrough I think we can still do it with 9 points from those games.
Even if we don't, going into play offs with a full squad would make us a formidable opponent and personally I think we would come out on top in the final.
PS ... I don't think Norwich will even make it !! |

While I do understand town fans , particularly those living in Norfolk ,are fed up with hearing how long it is since we've beaten them , I do draw the line at taking 2 defeats over this weekend for a win at Carrot road !
ìt might be the biggest game of the season but it's still just 3 points.
Today's game is vital. If we çan continue where we left off against Sheffield then I have every confidence we will go to naarrich with 6 points under our belt and settle a long outstanding score. |
