Phillips was in the building but we couldn't get the job done, dunno if we were being cheap or he was asking foe mega bucks but whilst we were haggling Sunderland offered him what he wanted. |

One might wonder if the issue with Andre was that he always just expected to be good, ex pro dad, all the technical ability, no doubt tbe best at school and in his age group all through growing up, when the physical side wwas less important..... did he ever really need to try? |

Think he'd probably cost all of 30 mil and more but I'd spend it on Ramsdale, think he's worth 6 to 9 points in saves. Then I'd sign Cresswell for free as cover for Leif/an experienced head to bring on.
Obviously no chance of it happening but would be a fantastic signing.
I'd like to think for 30 mil we could get Teinery and Omari, assuming Chelsea actually want to move him on and think that would be great business but maybe I'm underesting the market.
Add Sheaf for 15 mil and I think that's 45 m well spent. I do think it's defence where we really need a good addition, Wolf and Burgess fabulous but against top opposition we definitely need an addition or 2. Good cover for Leif essential

Baggot is atl developing, another loan next year but he's highly rated, maybe a lower end championship side but ideally not relegation fodder, so he has to do plenty of defending but not so he feels like he's on a hiding to nothing. |

I'd hope we keep the core of the team together, every chance next year is a struggle so I'd rather we have our finances straight to build for another good run at portion the should we need to and give those who have run through walls to get us here the chance.

So sorry to hear that, though I've been dumped plenty of times I've never married nor had kids so can't offer much advice. I would say try not to feel like any of this is because of something you've done, obviously I don't know your circumstances but I would doubt very much it's the case. As others said try and keep it amicable for the kids sake, I know that might be hard and otherwise don't be hard on yourself . It will hurt fora while, but will get better with time. Take some time for yourself too and ask yourself what you might want to do with the next stage of your life, perhaps that's one for when the dust has settled a bit more but i think it's important |
