How are agent’s fees structured?

Anyone know how would an agent’s fees for representing Kieran be structured?

Would they get a percentage of his annual salary? And any bonuses (such as for securing a place in Europe)?

For example, if Kieran is on say £5m per year, Frank the agent gets say 30% of that every year, as well as a cut of any bonuses?
