| News Comment | Goodman: I've Been Nothing But Complimentary About Ipswich at 00:30:40
Pretty much EVERYONE said we were doomed from day one. Those clubs fans’ who saw us just “upstarts” after getting beat by us all predicted the ceiling would fall in on us and predicted mid table mediocrity. Don Goodman is no different. I think the whole story is pretty sad really but acknowledge some of the facts he raises as valid points. We’ve got Super KMcK, ne knows exactly what we need. As a foot note; ALL three promoted clubs from last season, now relegated, all with horrendous GD!!! |
| News Comment | Breitenreiter: Changes But We Have to Remain Professional at 09:12:55
A point raised on the Leeds game, Martin has said the most important games for them now are the playoffs. He has backed that up by his team selection against Stoke and subsequent result, so I’m not sure that they’ll be overly concerned about the game on Saturday. Of course there’s professional pride to think of and the balance of resting too many of your first 11 but all in all, I’m only expecting Leeds to get the 3 points. |

Given our habitual failings of allowing the away team to score first at PR it could make for a nervy afternoon!!!! They certainly made life difficult for us at their place and despite their predicament, we have to treat them with respect. I’m equally sure that KMcK will have us prepared and up for the challenge. |
| News Comment | Blue Action Coach Greeting Ahead of Huddersfield at 10:45:18
Doesn’t sit well with me. I think if the idea is to show our support for a fantastic team effort, and I include everyone in that from the Board down, then save it for another day. If it’s us gloating in the fact that the job is done then we should know better. I’m not sure if the Huddersfield team would even be aware of it, but I think it indicates a lack of respect to them. We’re better than that. |

| News Comment | Coventry City 1-2 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 14:00:53
Football has a habit of being cruel; we’re not there yet and Huddersfield stand in our way. I have no doubt that KMcK will have us set up mentally and tactically for the challenge that awaits us. But this has been one hell of a ride. COYBs |

Check out Southampton’s line up and Martin’s comments post Stoke. Leeds are pretty much guaranteed 3 points next Saturday ( although we all know nothing is guaranteed in this league) so we need to be on it for the remainder of the season. A relegated Huddersfield (99.9% certainly) will be a banana skin we can do without. In KMcK we trust. |
| News Comment | McKenna: What a Wonderful Position to Be In at 12:59:48
I don’t get this “points dropped” angle, you could argue that the points we gained in those last minutes nail biters against the likes of Rotherham and Southampton and others were equally as crucial in where we find ourselves . It’s happened, we deal with what’s in front of us and Coventry is the next challenge. I would also caution against a Huddersfield turning up with their beach towels and flip flops; we’ve been there before!!! |
| News Comment | Town Down to Third Following Leeds Win at 12:50:38
I think what we’ve all learnt is there is no such thing as an easy run in. Coventry and Hull away is not a prospect I would’ve relished at any time in the season and I think they are two games where we’ll need to be on it if we want to come away with anything. Put simply, we need to win all three games which we’re more than capable of doing, the question is, can we??? |
| News Comment | McKenna Nominated For Manager of the Season at 14:58:10
Definitely not Farke, with that squad I could’ve won the league; Rosenoir is a strange one , I’d have thought Robins at Coventry was more deserving but there’s only one winner to my mind. |
| News Comment | Martin: We Were the Best Team, We Didn't Deserve to Lose at 23:25:02
I think it’s clear to everyone that the three relegated teams have by far the most technically gifted squads with premier league savvy to back it up BUT there’s other factors at work here. We have shown that while we may not have the glitzy lineups, boy do we have team spirit and desire. He does himself no favours with his comments and being a bit more magnanimous in defeat might have been a better option. |
| News Comment | McKenna: A Brilliant Way to Win a Football Match at 09:51:37
Karlosfandangal I am of the same opinion; absolute legend but he was pretty scathing of us. Even the Brizzle lads and lasses comments suggest that while they were probably worth a draw there was only one team that was going to win it. |
| News Comment | European Clubs 'Monitoring' Hutchinson at 10:45:02
I’d agree with all that’s been said but it is interesting that’s he’s not a regular starter. That to me says a lot about where he is in his development. |
