Murphy, Yorwerth and Crowe Could Win Caps - Ipswich Town News

Daryl Murphy, Josh Yorwerth and Michael Crowe could all win international caps later today.

Murphy is with the Republic of Ireland squad for their friendly against Switzerland at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin (Premier Sports, 7.45pm).

The 33-year-old has previously won 19 full Irish caps but is still to net his first international goal. Ireland also face Slovakia, again at home in a friendly, on Tuesday.

Yorwerth and Crowe are with the Wales U21s for their Euro 2017 qualifier against Bulgaria in Stara Zagora this evening (KO 4.30pm). The game is being streamed live by the Bulgarian FA.

Centre-half Yorwerth, 21, who is on loan at Crawley for the rest of the season, has previously won five U21s caps, while keeper Crowe, 20, is still to make his debut at that level

The Welsh youngsters, who are coached by former Blues midfielder Geraint Williams, are also in action against Romania in Medias in another qualifier on Tuesday.

Blues midfielder Kevin Bru and Mauritius are in action at home to Rwanda in the first of two African Cup of Nations qualifiers on Saturday, who they also take on away on Tuesday.

Paris-born Bru has previously won five caps with Mauritius, who he qualifies to play for via his parents.
