Five Return Early - Ipswich Town News
Five Town players have returned early for pre-season training. Finidi George, Chris Makin, Fabian Wilnis, Ulrich Le Pen and Justin Miller are all back at the club ahead of the rest of the squad.
The five, most of whom were suffering with injuries towards the end of last season, are working with fitness coach Simon Thadani.
The rest of the squad return to Portman Road on Thursday before the squad move on to the Royal Hospital School, Holbrook where they will spend five days.
Matt Holland is the only player who will return to pre-season late. The Town skipper has been given extra time due to his World Cup exploits.
