Bowditch Faces France - Ipswich Town News

Academy striker Dean Bowditch was in the starting line-up last night as the England U17 side beat France 2-0 in a friendly at Glanford Park, Scunthorpe.

Bowditch played for 55 minutes as coach John Peacock rang the changes after the break in the youngsters' first game for three months.

The goals came from Tom Huddlestone (Derby County) and Ryan Jarvis (Norwich City), one in each half.
