Stand Update - Ipswich Town News
Town have announced that the building work on the turnstiles at Portman Road will be complete for the Manchester United match. However, the work being carried out will cause some disruption.
Currently Churchman's can only be accessed from the Portman Road entrance while Britannia Stand supporters will have to use the Constantine Road entrance. The cut-through behind Churchman's is no longer available.
To compensate for the reduced catering facilities there will be two mobile catering units available, as well as the Stoppers Bar, beneath the floodlight tower and some on foot vendors.
The work on the reinforced concrete piling, continues apace with two rigs now operating on site. All is apparently on target.
