Town's U19s lost their first home fixture of the season 3-2 against Bolton Wanderers. A hat-trick from 16-year-old Brazilian Ricardo Vaz Te sealed the victory for the Lancastrians.

Vaz Te, who only moved to the Reebok this week, was a thorn in Town's side throughout and looked a name to remember for the future.

Most impressive for the Blues were Adem Atay in midfield and Craig Reid who scored both Town goals.
