Former Blues' boss George Burley has tipped Town for promotion to the Premiership. Burley was back at Portman Road on Wednesday night for the reserves game betwen his Derby County and Town.
Burley said: "Joe Royle has assembled a formidable squad. If he can keep them together then I really fancy Town to get back into the Premiership this season."
Burley watched his reserves beat the Town second string 1-0, the goal coming from striker Matt Robinson, recently released by Town after being given a short-term Blues' contract in the summer.
