Town striker Pablo Couñago is unlikely to be involved at Cardiff on Saturday, despite his hamstring injury improving rapidly. The Spaniard picked up the problem in the away game at Derby County earlier in the month.
Defender Georges Santos is still considered a slight doubt with a foot injury. John McGreal will take his place at Ninian Park should he fail to make it.
Ian Westlake is set to return to training today after injuring a knee in a clash with Stuart McCall on Saturday.
Martijn Reuser is again sidelined with a groin problem.
