Royle Waiting on Loans - Ipswich Town News
Town boss Joe Royle continues to wait to hear if he is successful in bringing in one or more loan players ahead of Saturday's home game with Bradford City.
Royle says he has targets in his sights and has approached their clubs: "I have identified the players I would like and it's now a question of waiting to hear from the managers concerned. It just depends on how quickly people come back to me.
"I would like it to happen straight away, but it just doesn't work like that. We will just have to be patient and see what comes of it."
Royle has recently targeted a striker as well as a right-back to cover for the injured Fabian Wilnis. Prior to the Dutchman's injury had apparently been looking at a left-back to allow youngster Matt Richards a rest.
