Joe on Pablo - Ipswich Town News

Town boss Joe Royle looks set to drop striker Pablo Couñago from the side facing Bradford at Portman Road at the weekend. Royle says the Spaniard has found goals from open play hard to come by this season.

Couñago is still Town's top scorer but his manager says he has not been at the top of his game: "Pablo is not in the best of form.

"And taking away his penalties he has not been finding the back of the net as I am sure he would like.

"He did not like coming off at the interval against Wigan but he has no divine right to stay in the team.

"I thought Darren Bent looked sharp when he came on and you always know that you will get 100% from Shefki Kuqi, who has a fine scoring record since he arrived here."
