Bent Called Up - Ipswich Town News

Striker Darren Bent has been included in the England U21 squad for this month's two UEFA European U21 Championship, Group Six qualifiers.

Peter Taylor's side take on Germany at Hull's KC Stadium, where Bent has already scored twice for the U21s, on Friday, March 25th and Azerbaijan at Middlesbrough's Riverside Stadium Tuesday, March 29th.

Bent has won 10 caps for the U21s and has scored seven goals.

There are no calls for either Ian Westlake or Matt Richards, but former Blue Darren Ambrose is included.
