Lee Making Progress - Ipswich Town News
Striker Alan Lee is making progress as he bids to return to action when the Blues travel to Preston on Saturday. Town will be without the suspended Ricardo Fuller at his former club and the Irishman's return would be a big boost.
Fitness coach Simon Thadani told the club site that things have gone well in the early part of the week: "Alan has been putting a lot of work in on the training ground and is making progress.
"He's been running hard this morning and everyone is hopeful that he will make it for Saturday."
Lee, who has been out of action since slightly tearing a hamstring at Crewe earlier in the month, has been pencilled in for a return to full training on Thursday.
