I could only see Grant as he said on the Town podcast last year that the reason he wanted to be a 'coach' rather than a keeper coach was because he wanted to go in to management and knew he wouldn't get a job that way if he went in as GK coach somewhere.
I imagine the whole lot will go with him unfortunately. Pert, Grant (especially as they've both been at United before), Turnbull & Gilmartin. |

Absolutely mate. I think regardless of how much United are a basket case at the minute, that sort of job doesn’t come round that often, so he’d be stupid not to take it.
I get what you mean about contracts, but I find them a bit pointless these days. It’ll clearly be signed with some sort of compensation package in it and if someone really wants him, regardless of whether he signed the contract 1 day or 1 year ago, they’ll trigger it.
Hopefully it’s all just paper talk! |

I'm sure I saw a video of Hutchinson being interviewed on the open top parade (by Sky I think), and Morsy was in the background 100% holding and sipping from a beer bottle, which I presume was 0%?
EDIT - I'm sure someone said before that the bottles used during the trophy lift don't actually have alcohol in?
Him and Camara both had towels over their heads during the celebrations against Exeter in the changing room as well. Fair play to them. [Post edited 14 May 16:51]

Cook made a rod for his own back, granted. But he did try get Downes back on side (something which I think Dyer confirmed with them all having a meeting), but the damage was already done.
Shame it ended the way we did, would love him back and hopefully something we pursue this summer. He’d be unreal under McKenna. |
