We are going to need a mix of age groups in recruiting yes the potential with young players selling on etc. But with experience not getting to down if we lose a couple and how to cope say in away games hostile atmospheres etc.

For every McKenna there are 5 or 6 young managers who fail in there 1st job of note. personally 28 never managed senior pros going to be a challenge .

They will sell players worth over 10 millon in their view ie Sargent Rowe and Sara replace with chip buys. The problems then really begin as unless a youth player comes through worth millions and no promotion you are on that slippery slope. They have Americans in the background at the club who have put little money in and owners in Delia and her old man who won't let go who today in football terms simply aren't wealthy enough.

Different personalities,
First time Fury seems like his trained properly for a fight since wilder 2.
I think if that fact is correct he wins more comfortably than people may think possibly a stoppage in 7 or 8.

Well not to man utd not in my view.
No way are they risking everything on a rookie manager at this point. Yes he has done fantastic But Look what happened with Kompany this season I think he may get offered other jobs as the circuit goes round. But clubs like Brighton and Brentford have got their new stadiums and probably hit their ceilings whilst here if he finishes say to 15/16 he only enhances his reputation. His time will come its just not yet.

You can never make anywhere contract generally means more of a settlement fee. Best thing Ashton can do is have a couple lined up in case this was to happen.

Radcliffe has done bu**er all at Nice not convinced he will at man utd like spurs had lots of established decent managers who have not succeeded. I think McKenna get spat out amongst the chaos at that club.

No point worrying if the worst happens and he leaves I'm fairly confident Ashton has a couple of names in his little black book.
Maybe he is Maybe his not ready to handle big ego players where a club won't give you time.
At the present he has a lot of brownie points here. A busy summer ahead.

On a football note they have done wonderful, fantastic But whilst other clubs have had points deducted and could have been relegated . City have a 115 charges against them under financial fair play which they haven't faced yet which is scandalous money buying time.
With those 115 changes if you chuck enough sh*t something is going to stick.
