The fact that he is struggling against a team like Lincoln says it all. He still looks out of his depth. No creativity, composure or football mind.

Douglas and Skuse. Can anyone tell me what they actually do? Keep shape? That's the only thing I can think of. No fifty fifties, forward passing, intensity or dictating play. Completely outplayed.
