Colour Printer options Managed Plans 16:51 - Mar 23 with 1149 viewsGrief

Anyone who may handle printer procurement for their company, i know that accessories inks etc are expensive, i have been offered a managed plan which actually seems like a really good deal. Years ago photocopier companies offered a cost per copy option and this was a scam. Does anyone know if it is better to buy a printer outright then purchase consumables as you go, or are managed plans the way go?

If you are doing 5k a month I can't offer any sensible advice.

I would definitely rent for that amount a month. Most of our clients have Minolta or Xerox. Print/Scan/Copier/A3/A4 - not something we do but could find out what they pay if that helps?

Have a look at a company called Laserlife. I'm replacing our printers and they do a lease deal where you get ownership at the end of the lease term - and if you buy your toners through them all printer servicing is free, for as long as you buy the toners.
